She graduated as an electrical engineer from the Federal University of Itajubá - UNIFEI, has a master's degree in "Systems Reliability" from the same institution, and has also completed an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV, as well as an Executive Finance course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT. She worked at the Andrade & Canellas consultancy with projects, sector studies and large companies such as Siemens and Areva, and for 10 years at Omega with new business development, implementation and operation of sector assets. As Development Director, she managed the company's portfolio for Brownfield and Greenfield projects, as well as the M&A processes for the company's entire renewables segment, having transacted more than 2GW of renewable projects, in addition to leading a wind, SHP and solar portfolio of approximately 6GW.

With 39 years of experience in the Brazilian electricity sector, he is currently Executive Advisor to the President at Empresa Metropolitana de Águas e Energia S.A - EMAE, a company he has worked for since 2019. He began his career in 1985 at Cia. Energética de São Paulo - CESP in the areas of electricity generation and transmission, specifically in maintenance engineering for hydroelectric plants and transmission substations. For thirteen years he worked at the São Paulo State Energy Department, formulating and managing public policies in the areas of electricity distribution and energy efficiency. He also worked in the regulation and supervision of electricity services as Energy Director at the São Paulo State Sanitation and Energy Regulatory Agency (ARSESP), during which time he also held the position of Director of Regulation and Supervision of Piped Gas Services.

Harry Schmelzer Neto is Director of Solar & Building at WEG. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, with an MBA in Financial Management from FGV. He is a board member of the Brazilian Association of Solar Energy and started the solar energy business at WEG in 2012, when this energy source was just beginning in Brazil. Today, the solar energy division accounts for more than 10% of the revenue of one of the largest companies in the country. With 12 years of experience in solar energy, he is also the director of the Building division, which covers the construction sector at WEG. This area has total synergy with smart homes, including Wi-Fi outlets, home automation, and security cameras, all connected.

Rafael Gabriel, Electrical Engineer, graduated from the Catholic University of Santa Catarina in Jaraguá do Sul (SC), and has a postgraduate degree in Electrical Sector Business from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He has worked at WEG Equipamentos Elétricos for over 17 years, a company specializing in the manufacture and sale of electrical equipment, with a global presence in the renewable energy sector. Over the years, he has gained experience in developing control and protection projects for turbo generation systems, coordinating electrical panel projects for oil extraction platforms and selling electrical packages for the sugar and alcohol industry. From 2017 onwards, he worked on solar generation projects, currently the company's technical manager for solar energy projects, coordinating subcontractors for engineering projects, technical manager for FULL EPC solar energy projects. Currently, as manager of Solar Power Plants and responsible for structuring Turn Key distributed and centralized generation businesses.

Before joining SEIA, Abby served as Director of the Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, the Director of the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA), Energy Advisor to Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, and Deputy General Counsel with the Maryland Public Service Commission. Before embarking on a career in public service, Abby spent nine years in private practice.
