She is a chemical engineer and lawyer, with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Financial Products and Risk Management and an MBA in Executive Management.

She is coordinator of the ABSOLAR Green Hydrogen Working Group. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Business in the Electrical Sector from FGV.

Ricardo Barros is Vice-President Centralized Generation of ABSOLAR's Board of Directors and also Country Manager of Lightsource bp Brazil. With passage as an executive in different companies of the sector (among them Lightsource BP, Engie and Voltalia), Ricardo worked in the last 15 years in the structuring of renewable energy projects with focus on solar and wind, in Brazil and France. He has been acting in the last 8 years as ABSOLAR board member, where he could contribute for the exponential growth of this industry in the country with the leadership of some of the strategic actions focused in centralized solar energy. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, Ricardo carried out his studies at UFCG and INSA-Lyon.

Camila currently also serves as Investment and Green Hydrogen Vice-President of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR (the Brazilian Solar PV Association), Non-Executive Director of the Board of Administration of Brazilian Rare Earths, member of the Advisory Board of the Federation of Industry of São Paulo (COINFRA - FIESP) and is a Finance Expert at the Clean Energy Finance Solutions Center (NREL - USA). Prior to founding CELA, she was Country Manager and Head of Latin America at Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), where she advised clients with research and analysis of renewable energy sectors and markets, and trends in the region. She has also worked in the past at PricewaterhouseCoopers, ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil and Infinity Bio-Energy. Camila holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
