Ana Carla Petti has more than 20 years of experience in Regulatory, Strategic Operations Management, Risk Management and Middle-Office, working in executive positions in the energy sector at companies such as Braskem and Odebrecht Energia. She has been an executive at the Comerc Energia Group for more than seven years and currently serves as the group's director of regulatory and institutional affairs. She is a chemical engineer and lawyer, with a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Financial Products and Risk Management and an MBA in Executive Management.

Head of Consulting Services at CELA, specialist in project financing, investment analysis, M&A and business development in the renewable energy sector. She has 13 years of professional experience, having participated in several M&A processes and auctions of renewable energy assets in Brazil and Latin America, in addition to the development, evaluation and financing of several Greenfield & Brownfield projects, mainly in the bioenergy sectors, photovoltaic solar energy, wind energy, green hydrogen and energy storage. She is coordinator of the ABSOLAR Green Hydrogen Working Group. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Business in the Electrical Sector from FGV.

Ricardo Barros is Vice-President Centralized Generation of ABSOLAR's Board of Directors and also Country Manager of Lightsource bp Brazil. With passage as an executive in different companies of the sector (among them Lightsource BP, Engie and Voltalia), Ricardo worked in the last 15 years in the structuring of renewable energy projects with focus on solar and wind, in Brazil and France. He has been acting in the last 8 years as ABSOLAR board member, where he could contribute for the exponential growth of this industry in the country with the leadership of some of the strategic actions focused in centralized solar energy. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, Ricardo carried out his studies at UFCG and INSA-Lyon.

Sócio da área de Energia do Lefosse, Bruno está ativamente envolvido em assuntos relacionados com a comercialização de energia elétrica nos Ambientes de Contratação Livre e Regulado, Contratos de Compra e Venda e Transacções Estruturadas de Comercialização de Energia. Possui amplo conhecimento de operações envolvendo energias renováveis e no segmento de transmissão. A sua atividade estende-se ao contencioso administrativo, judicial e arbitral envolvendo questões regulatórias do setor energético. Tem 15 anos de experiência no setor elétrico, 6 dos quais como advogado regulatorio e corporativo da Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica - CCEE.
